Last updated September 2026. This policy covers elevatefm.example and the resident portal.
For enquiries: your name, email, phone number, desired move-in date, and the building or unit you asked about. For residents: the above plus your lease details, emergency contact, maintenance history, payment history, and communication preferences.
We do not store card numbers or bank account numbers. Payment credentials are held by our payment processor. No Elevate FM employee can view them — staff see a masked reference and a balance, nothing more.
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging consent is collected separately from your lease and is entirely optional. Declining texts does not affect your ability to sign a lease, use the resident portal, pay rent, or raise a maintenance request. Where you do consent, we record the exact wording shown to you, the action you took, and the date.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. We honour opt-outs by any reasonable means, including a reply, a phone call, or an email — you do not have to use a particular keyword.
Where you have given consent, we may place automated voice calls about your maintenance requests and account status. Every automated call identifies Elevate Facility Management at the start and provides a callback number for a person. Consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time by telling us during a call, by email, or in the portal.
Contractors receive only what they need to do a specific job: the address, the unit, the problem, and access instructions. They do not receive your payment history, your lease, or information about any other resident. Our payment processor and email provider process data on our behalf under contract.
Property owners receive financial and operational reporting for their own assets only, and do not receive resident names or contact details.
Tenancy records are retained for the life of the tenancy and for the period afterwards required by Texas landlord-tenant law and tax rules. Consent records are retained for at least four years. We archive rather than delete, so that a dispute years later can still be answered from the record.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent for texts and automated calls at any time. Email contact@elevatefm.example or call (512) 555-0101.
